Sale Items:
Return are not issued on Sale items. If you have purchased an item on Sale, you may only receive an exchange for a different size (if in stock) OR receive online store credit.
If your return request is approved, you are expected to place a new order for the size you need and send back the original pair that did not work out for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days; up to 14 days during holiday seasons.
