What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unaltered
  • In the original packaging & box
*Orders that do not fall under the guidelines listed above will be denied

    What items are non-refundable?

    • Free gifts or promotional items
    • ALL Sale items
    • Any worn or damaged shoes returned without original box or packaging

     

    Sale Items:

    • Return are not issued on Sale items. If you have purchased an item on Sale, you may only receive an exchange for a different size (if in stock) OR receive online store credit.
    • If your return request is approved, you are expected to place a new order for the size you need and send back the original pair that did not work out for you. 

     

    Are there any charges for return?

    • There is no restocking fee
    • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
    • You are responsible for return shipping charges

     

    How do I return?

    1. Enter your order number and email address in the Returns Center and click 'Find Your Order'
    2. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
    3. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

     

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days; up to 14 days during holiday seasons.
