Returns & Exchanges
Returns are free if requested within 14 days of receiving the shoes. We will only accept returns on items that are: unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. If shoes show any sign of obvious wear (creases, scuffs) they will not be accepted for return.
Final sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
We do not cover the cost of returns for International orders.
All items sent back to us need to be in its original packaging. Shoe boxes should NOT be used as the shipping box. Any item returned without its original shoe box or sent using the shoe box as the shipping package will result in a $8 restocking fee.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed. Depending on shipping time and credit card company processing time, a refund may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement.
To exchange for another size, simply place a new order for the pair that you'd like to exchange for and send back the pair that did not work out for you. We will issue a full refund for that pair once we receive it back. Quantities are limited - this process ensures you reserve your desired size in a timely manner.
